    Thank you! I have done what you suggested and there was not an entry for nmap in Task. Based on your information, I am now a littler worried. I do not have any special programs on my system. Is there any where else that I should look? Or should I roll back
    the last update or run my rescue disk ?

    nmap has stopped working and will close.

    The nMap app doesn't appear in my installed list. Not sure who the developer is but I'll research it.
