  1. No 1440x900 resolution?

Just upgraded today, and it's functional, but I'm not seeing any 1440x900 (native) resolution. Neither in the default setting nor the Advanced Setting -> "List all Modes."

    :)

  2. Native resolution of my LCD monitor is not one of the options on Windows 10

I just installed Windows 10 on my wife's computer, and it isn't detecting the Viewsonic VS11354 monitor - it seems to think it's a VA1930wm, and I don't see a way to inform it otherwise. The monitor's native resolution is 1440x900, but the only options on
the Windows 10 display settings are 1024x768, which is a migrane-inducing blurry display, and 1280x1024 which doesn't work at all. This worked at the proper 1440x900 resolution with Windows 7 before I upgraded to Windows 10.

  3. Increasing Screen hertz automatically reduces resolution

Already done that but doesnt help.

Look what I Tried to do is as following:

    my current settings:

    Screenshot

What I tried to change it to:

    Screenshot

after I apply, it appears to the windows that it is on 1600x900 @85 hertz, but obviously the resolution is lower, so I check the monitor information, it says 1440x900 @85 hertz

if I change the resolution to any other resolution, and then increase the hertz (anything above 60), it always changes the resolution to 1440x900.

Well, do have a custom built PC? If don't, just search up the name of r computer along with "drivers" on Google and should be able to find the manufacturer's website and a graphics driver download. Just don't click on the shady websites. Try to stick with the manufacturer's website.

Where are looking to change the resolution? Are looking in Settings > System > Display > Advanced display settings?
