Windows 10: No 3rd party app will stay connected or connect to the net when unplugged on windows 11 pro...

Pretty much what the title says. Brand new laptop that works perfectly except when I unplug it. The second I unplug it the internet dies instantly to every single program I have installed. Weird thing is everything else works fine, everything from MS store works fine, browser, streaming everything..Now I cured this problem by resetting my network adapters, that fixed it but todays windows update has messed it up again and resetting network adaptors isnt fixing it now. I have done 2 fresh installs, one locally and one via icloud and still it does not work properly.What is the problem here?

5130XM: Not able to connect to net via GPRS with 3rd party apps

I have a Nokia 5130XM mobile.

I am from India. Airtel is my service provider and I use their NOP plan to access the net via GPRS/EDGE using my phone.

My phone has Opera Mini 4 pre-installed and does not have the Nokia browser. Whenever I try to connect to net using any 3rd party apps like Mig33 or GMail client, I get a "Check Connection Settings error".

The GPRS service that I use channels all the data via a proxy server with an address 100.1.200.99 and has an access point: airtelwap.com

Previously I used a Nokia 5300 and the same GPRS plan. I used this trick(MOBILOMANIA - Proxy settings for NOP for S40v3 and v5 phones)
to connect to net using 3rd party apps. This trick even works on a Nokia 5310XM but for some strange reason
does not work on Nokia 5130XM.

Can anyone point me to a similar trick which I can use to connect to net via 3rd party apps??????

How to install approved 3rd party apps on Windows 11 SE

Has anyone successfully installed an approved 3rd party WIN32 app on the new Windows 11 SE devices and how did you do it?

Our school just bought 35 Windows 11 SE devices for our middle school students, according to Microsoft our required testing app, NWEA, is on their approved 3rd party app list, but I cannot find the corresponding app. It's not in the Microsoft for Education App Store. And then when I set up the provisioning disk for the Windows 11 SE, it does not give me the option to install apps like it does for regular Windows devices. I am using Intune for Education.
