    No 7.1 virtual surround option available under properties of audio devises on Windows


    I will soon get my first 7.1 surround headphones for my PC however i'm a bit worried - the tickbox setting to turn it on is absent , no matter if i select my PC speakers \ earphones\ anything . Is it a bug ?

    what is spatial sound? latest windows 10 build have a 'spatial sound' in audio properties, there is option 'turn on 7.1 virtual surround sound'. will that transfer stereo in to surround sound?

    Click Start

    Type: sound

    Hit Enter

    Click the Playback tab

    Click on your Speakers

    Click Properties

    Click on Spatial sound tab

    Check in the list box and choose 'Window Sonic'

    Make sure 'Turn on 7.1 virtual surround sound' is checked.

    If the option is not available, your PC or audio device does not support it.

    Windows 7 No audio input devise

    First I can not active Windows 7. I do not have the product key. I am not sure if that is my main problem, but the problem is I have no sound. The error message says I have no audio input devise. I checked the Devise Manager and it says I do have a Realtek
    AC97 Audio installed, however the file states "this devise can not be started" (Code 10)

    Please help!
