    No access to my phone to reset my account


    Hi, I was updating my BIOS and now bitlocker has locked my laptop and requires a recovery key. I cannot remember my password for my MS account and I cannot access the number my OTP is sending to - and there is no other option there to send it to anywhere else Any idea how I could either change the number of get past bitlocker?

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    I can not reset my google password

    Two step works for me if your phone info is the same as it was you should be able to recover it.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
