Windows 10: No access to shared files after new install of windows 11

Made the mistake of buying a Dell Inspiron 15 3510 with windows 11. Nothing but driver compatibility issue. Dell no longer supports repairing computers under factory warranty, they expect the customers to repair them themselves. After wifi connection issues, touch pad issues, USB overload issues, profile issues, last ditch was to reinstall windows 11. From the frying pan to the fire. Its worse. I could use es file explorer or file manager plus, no problem. After the clean install I just keep getting network errors trying to communicate. Sad part I fix computers. I've enabled file sharing and a

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
