    No Admin Priviledges

I recently got a new copy of windows after making some major hardware upgrades. When logging in I was messing around with some of the account settings. one thing lead to another and I accidently made my admin account a 'owner' account on accident and now I'm unable to make any changes to settings, install new software, or even access the CMD prompt as an admin to make any fixes. I'm the only person using this computer so I don't require any additional users other than a basic admin to accomplish all tasks.

Most online fixes have mentioned to access the Command prompt with heightened clearance, when trying so, this is the UAC that I get. it is similar for every UAC.
