Windows 10: No Administator

on my pc I have multiple administrators and I'm am not one of them. I have been locked out of being able to do anything on my pc. I have tried ever possible solution to be able to become an administrator. but there is not option to become an administrator since every solution involves the option to be an administrator which I'm not. when the pop up shows up it says I need to sign in as a administrator but the only option is no. there is also no family and other users on the pc. I need help resetting my pc or become an administrator.

Let's try to make this really simple so you actually try something. Here are 3 steps, already described above. Try Step 1 only, then report the result. Do not try Step 2 or 3 until you've done that. I hope that's clear. Step 1. Already suggested above. Reset services to default. Follow Restore Default Services in Windows 10 Restart PC when done. Report any change. I said this was in the searchable Tutorial section. This is how you search the Tutorial section:

Server administering!

My gateway server runs headless and I use SSH to connect into it. I administer it from the command line like a good linux admin. *Smile

Server hardware is not meant to give a good visual experience, it's not what it's designed for or meant to do. It's there to let you in, nothing more. In my opinion, the only way to administer a linux server is through the command line through SSH.
