Windows 10: no apps will download, error code 0x800704C6

I've tried everything to fix this issue but nothing has worked. I just now tried to delete the store and Xbox but now the Xbox app won't download and it gives me the error code as seen above. I cant download anything and on a different note my updates for windows don't update. when I try to look for updates, it tells me something is wrong and to check my internet status but my internet is fine. My main issue is the Microsoft store so please what can I do to fix this?

Windows store error 0x800704C6

The problem code 0x800704c6 is a problem with detecting network connectivity. That's odd since the store actually added OneNote to the list of apps needed to be updated while the existing queued updates were refusing to be updated do to this error. Then,
also the OneNote update would report this error code. It sais "Acquiring licences" then it sais "Check your internet connection. See details" which will show the error code 0x800704c6.

I ran the Windows Update troubleshooter, the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and wsreset, then rebooted. After reboot, apps updated quickly and seamlessly after I opened the store, clicked my portrait and picked "Downloads and updates".

Xbox (beta) PC app "error 0x800704c6" when attempting to download Dirt Rally 2. Have tried
troubleshoot game installation on Windows 10 but still not working. Have done complete re-install and are up to
date with updates but download still not working. Have downloaded aboiut 10 times already and each time the download stops at 9.3GB "error 0x800704c6".

There is another thread (Redirecting) where others commented that they are experiencing the same problem but because
the original poster was able to resolve the issue with his PC it is now marked as "closed" by a "Microsoft Agent | Moderator". I expect the others who posted there are still experiencing the problem as am I.
