Windows 10: No audio, can't update, can't reset

After spending a solid 12 hours trying to fix this I'm kind of on the end of my rope, hope someone can help, gonna go through this like it's story time in hopes of covering all my bases bc I'm going to leave this post up while I sleep, it started out as the windows 10 update fucking something up and making it so that windows audio service wouldn't run on startup, and permission to start it myself was denied. So I looked up how to fix that, it told me to run a few dll commands in cmd or PowerShell so I did that, access to those were denied as well, so I thought fuck it, I'll just revert the update. I uninstall the quality update, on reboot it updates itself without giving me the option to cancel, or at least so it appears, did this twice to no avail. So I say fuck it again, and notice there's a NEW update, I think to myself "maybe they found out they fucked up, and this is gonna fix it" and hit download. It does not download. 0x80070005. I look this up and try solutions, none work, I eventually conclude through some sort of thought that my .NET framework isn't working, so I look in my windows features and sure enough both framework options are off, I turn those on, restart, and BAM, new error code. 0x80072F8F. At this point reverting is still also not working. I fuck around with that code for about 3 hours, none of the obvious options around the internet appear to be working at all, so this is where I'm calling it quits bc I am incredibly tired. Somewhere in there I ran a bios update and reverted feature updates as well and it didn't help either. Also at various points I've tried factory resetting, to which I get the response that it failed and could not do anything and all changes were undone.

When will AT&T deliver the updates?

Here it is late August and STILL no update. This will be my LAST AT&T phone and if Microsoft does not push AT&T to step up and let updates though to the customer then it will also be my LAST Windows Phone.

Thanks for your suggestion, but this is a prepaid phone --- no contract. As I said T-Mobile lists the number under an unknown carrier and suggested I contact Microsoft.

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
