Windows 10: No Audio Device is Installed Windows 11

I am having "no audio device is installed" on Windows 11 after I tried to clean up my PC from dust i removed the cpu and ram, also I accidentally dropped the cpu but I don't think I damaged itI have tried to update the drivers from Device manager, didn't work Saw a video to uninstall the drivers and restart, didn't work and now "Realtek High Definition Audio" is not showing up, even in hidden devices Tried to update Official Realtek Drivers from my motherboard's manufacturers website, didn't workI have tried to update the bios, didn't work I have tried to troubleshoot sound problems and it s

I've tried every step that was suggested, still getting no audio output device installed.

 

Windows 11 messed up audio devices

Hey all, I just upgraded to windows 11 from 10, and now all my audio devices are messed up. I used to have it as my speakers that are plugged into the front audio port, and my headphones/mic plugged into the back. They were listed as 2 separate devices that I could toggle between. Since I went to 11, it is now showing as 1 audio device only and the audio plays from speakers and headphones at the same time. any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
