Windows 10: No audio during RTC callsDiscord, telegram etc

I have the same problem as of -https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/no-audio-when-in-calls-on-windows-11/df55fd24-3380-4ae4-8eac-34dd4192a614In above forum no solution is provided because the problem is that the registry policy of RTC calls and RTC audio communication has been overwritten by a 3rd party application. Can you tell me the registry keys and their default values that I have to change to enable audio in rtc calls again.

Telegram Desktop audio using Speakers and not Headset

Hi all, I use both Skype and Telegram for voice calls. With Skype it works fine, the app's audio setting is set to the Plantronics headset while Windows Sound setting is set to the Windows speakers/mic, and when I place/receive Skype calls the audio/mic comes out thru my Plantronics headset. In Telegram, even if the app's audio setting is set to Plantronics, the audio/mic comes out thru the laptop's speakers/mic, forcing me to set the Windows Sound setting to Plantronics Default each time I want to place/receive a call. Any idea why this is happening? Maybe it's a Telegram bug. I'm using Telegram Desktop latest version 3.5.1. I'm attaching a screenshot of Skype, Telegram and Windows sound settings as explained above.

The Telegram app came from the Microsoft Store which I entered through your www.microsoft.com and downloaded through the Microsoft store.

Here are three options which were provided to take.

1. Open Telegram on your phone
   
2. Go to settings, Devices, Link Desktop
   
3. Scan this image to Login

Telegram app crashes

dictum9 raised an issue with Telegram crashing in Windows 10 . I followed dictum9's entire thread and it seems that the problem was not resolved. I think I have the same problem. I am running Windows 10 version 1809. In my case I open up the Telegram app
and am unable to click on anything on the screen. Instead I end up activating whatever is open in another window behind the Telegram window. It's like the system doesn't see or react to the open Telegram window. If Ijust close the app and restart it off
my Task bar it does not solve the problem. I need to kill the process in Task Manger and re-open Telegram by clicking on the Taskbar icon.

Ant suggestions beyond what was offered to dictum9?
