Windows 10: No audio from Asus Laptop on Windows 11

Hello,When trying to watch a YouTube video, I receive no audio and the message "Audio renderer error, please restart your computer" sometimes appears. If my laptop is closed for a while and reopened, the video is in slow-mo without audio. - I have tried troubleshooting audio and playback only to be told my driver issue has not been solved.- I have gone directly to the audio driver Realtek, updated, uninstalled/reinstalled, disabled/enabled, and restarted. - The problem is sometimes fixed temporarily after restarting.I'm using an Asus vivobook S5406MA OLED on Windows 11

Audio and video out of sync on new windows 11 ASUS laptop

Hi

I am having a big problem trying to sort out the audio and video being out of sync in bbc iplayer streamed and downloaded programs. It is all programs but not so noticeable on live programs. The lag is either very slight or not there on all other streaming sites/apps. It does it on internal speakers and wired headphones. It is an ASUS vivobook core i7, 512GB, 16GB RAM, Windows 11 and barely used. It has done it since I got it out the box. I have done all the trouble shooting suggested by ASUS, iplayer and had it sent back to ASUS check the hardware (they said there were no faults). I have unistalled and reinstalled up to date drivers for audio and graphics, I have done factory resets, done all upddates, used different browsers, checked the internet speed. BBC iplayer works fine on the old borrowed core i3 laptop I have.

It has been suggested to me that it is due to my laptop hardware not being compatible to Windows 11 or it is a bug that hasn't been fixed in Windows 11. They suggested installing Windows 10 but I am worried about doing this especially if this isn't the cause of the issue. Everything else on the laptop seems to work ok.

Can anyone advise me further - what is likely to be the issue and how can I sort it?

Laptop (ASUS X507UAR)-Windows 11- Audio not working on Speaker and Bluetooth both.

My laptops audio has stopped working.

1. I tried the troubleshooting option of windows 11 but it is not able to identify the problem.
   
2. The audio is not working on both the Speaker and Bluetooth. The laptop shows the headphones are connected but there is no audio.
   
3. Also checked the audio drivers and tried to update them but nothing happened.
   
4. I think it happened after this Microsoft update i tried to install a day before yesterday. ---2024-02 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034848
   
5. Now the update is also continuously failing.
   
6. Tested the audio software and troubleshooting under configure speakers- in that the error message says" not able to play tone".
   

From what i have gathered the problem is not of hardware or drivers.

No bluetooth connection on my windows 10 asus laptop

I'm having issues connecting to audio Bluetooth devices with my ASUS n550JK laptop and yes this laptop has Bluetooth capabilities. I have tried trouble shooting connections and updating drivers and quite frankly done everything that is suggested by other
videos and instructions listed online but none works. Can you please help me with this issue.
