Windows 10: No audio from front panel audio jack

Hi ive built a new pc recently and everything works except for the 3.5mm front panel audio jack on the corsair 4000d airflow pc case. The rear audio jacks work fine and USB audio device works. The USB jacks on the front panel work fine but this 3.5mm audio jack on the front panel doesnt and yes ive plugged it into JAUD1 on the motherboard securely. I've installed the latest realtek drivers from my motherboards website MSI b650 gaming plus wifi and still nothing. When i use Realtek Audio Console, "disable front panel jack detection" is disabled, however, when i enable it, my PC recognises "

Front Panel Audio Jack does not work.

Please can someone help?

After reinstalling Windows 10 and completely restoring my PC the audio jack stopped working.

In the sounds it has a speaker option for

1x Audio Jack -REAR PANEL

3x Audio Jack -HDMI inputs

but nothing for front audio jack. i tested the audio jack in the back it works fine and there is only 2x HDMI ports and only 1 works.

I have tried deleting the audio drives and reinstalling but nothing.

tried to check for an update.

- The 3x NVIDIA Output description says located in HDMI.

- The Speakers says location in rear panel..

trouble shoot only has options for THESE nothing for front panel

Computer's Audio Jacks Stopped Working

The audio jacks stopped working and it is not a hardware problem.

1. Multiple headsets do not get audio output from both of the audio jacks on the computer and the headsets are confirmed to be working, so it's the computer's problem.
2. The audio output through a DisplayPort monitor's audio jack and monitors' speakers still work, so the computer can still produce audio. The monitor's audio jack is not an option.
3. Both audio jacks stopped working at the same time despite only one being in use, so it's not hardware.

What is the problem and what is the solution?
