    lol i was thinking the same thing when i saw the title... was also thinking Panasonic Toughbook

    as for your laptop not turning on, some laptops won't power on at all if the battery is dead. and unless you got an extended warranty i doubt you still have one... esp if its just now a year old. does the charge light come on when the power supply/charger is plugged into the laptop?
