Windows 10: No audio on Jetpoint screen.

Windows 10 does not recognize my hdmi cable's sound connections. I get video but no audio. It says it is not plugged in, which is not possible because the same plug does video and audio and I have video

• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

I suggest you run the sound troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All on top left pane.
• Click on Playing audio from the list and follow the on-screen prompt for troubleshooting.
