Windows 10: No audio on specific website

No audio on specific website. "tech" from India says drivers damaged but refused to tell me where these drivers were and wanted money to fix it. When I wouldn't pay she said she couldn't help me and had more important calls to take. Thanks for providing access to scams from India! This "community" **** is a joke! Companies are too lazy to troubleshoot themselves so they pass that on to anyone that joins their "community". My issue is STILL not resolved and now I have to worry about whether this Jacqueline broad stole any info from my PC and I suspect she's the one that stopped all the drivers that I can't find to fix, now. GGGRRR!!!!!!

Microsoft Edge audio issue with a website (and perhaps others?)

Thanks for the suggestion Melowin. I followed the steps but unfortunately this did not resolve the audio issue for the website Learn English Pronunciation | How To Pronounce Words. Still no audio.

In contrast the website HowToPronounce.com: Click, Hear & Learn Pronunciation I mentioned in my original posting was not impacted by this change either.

 

Can not record audio.

• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

Audio driver keeps failing

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Where exactly are you trying to access the audio from?
• What are all the troubleshooting steps you have tried in resolving the issue along with uninstalling and updating the audio drivers?
• Is this issue specific while playing any audio from device/ website?

I suggest you to refer to the below Microsoft article, try the troubleshooting steps that haven't deployed and check with the status of this issue.
