    No audio on windows 11


    I currently have a headset connected to my 3.5 mm jack on my laptop and I also have an external USB mic. My mic also has an audio jack on it for real-time playback and stuff like that. But ever since I upgraded to windows 10 it thinks the 3.5 mm jack on my mic is an output device and that usually isn't a problem but my headset doesn't even appear in the output section. My best guess is probably a driver problem but idk what to do from there. Looking at the driver history there's a warning that says this: Device settings for SWD\MMDEVAPI\{0.0.0.00000000}.{47334400-f5f5-4404-b628-

    Can not record audio.

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

    link    , then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

    We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

    • Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
    • Choose Internet options > Advanced.
    • Click Reset.

    (Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )
