Windows 10: No Audio Output after Windows Update

I am running a Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 desktop with a EVGA Z97 Classified Motherboard EVGA 152-HR-E979. Recently, I installed these Windows updates;but after installing them, the audio system does not work. With error Speaker Setup UNKOWN. These are the drivers:Currently these are the Audio input and outputs: I do not know why there are duplicates.In settings, I cannot even see any devices:I also noticed that whenever I view the properties of any of the inputs/outputs I see this:I have tried reinstalling drivers, installing new drivers, etc. I appreciate any advice!

2. When you say "Microsoft windows update has blocked my audio output device from working" are you not able to get Audio from your computer
   
3. Which update was installed?

No Audio Output Device is Installed

Hi,

You will need to select Windows 8 from the drop down list while installing the driver in compatibility mode.

I would suggest you to try setting the speaker as default audio output by following the steps below and check if it helps.

1. Right click on the sound icon on the right bottom corner of the taskbar.

2. Select "playback devices".

3. If "speaker" is not set as the default device, highlight it and click "set as default".

5. Save the changes.
