    Hi, My Windows 10 audio stopped working a week ago! No sound whatsoever. After troubleshooting, uninstall or reinstall this or that, still no sound. I managed to get a Microsoft support person to try to help me via Chat, but he couldn't resolve the issue and concluded that a level 2 support person is needed to solve the&nbs
