    No Bitkey recovery


    My daughter’s Hp computer is asking for the Bitkey recovery code. She is 7 and we never set up an email for her. The code cannot be recovered. I have tried going through the prompts for a hard reset and the computer will not allow me to. Basically this year old computer his now uselessPlease advise how to do a hard reset if the Bitkey recovery is saying it’s not possible.

    No Bitkey recovery

    How to tell Microsoft that there bitkey recovery function is not working?

    Currently both the bit locker combinations for my pc as well as my laptop are unable to be accessed. I need the bitkey for my latop. All the page says is, "Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us." With there being no way to contact any representative of Microsoft I could find. Please let me know if there is a way to contact Microsoft so they can fix this problem.
