Windows 10: No bitlocker key and can't reset laptop

Hi there,I have just updated my laptop with the new driver updates that came out. During the update, it went and did a BIOS update. It then proceed to ask for a bitlocker key. I had no idea what this was but tried to get the key. At first I forgot my Microsoft login details but soon remembered it. After signing in to find the key on my phone, it said there was no key associated with my account. My device is not even registered to my account.I tried to fully wipe and reset the laptop as I don't have much on there anyway, but it would not let me. Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.
