No boot device found (Inspiron 5675 pre build)

I own the above mentioned pre built computer and I just upgraded to an Sandisk SSD which installed easily. I try to use a Windows 10 iso on a thumb drive to boot the computer and my bios will not at all detect the thumb drive. The USB is formatted correctly and was able to load Windows 10 on another computer. All of my USB ports work on my pre built and I have tried different boot modes UEFI and Legacy with safe search on and off. If anyone else has dealt with something similar I can provide pictures to better describe things

Last 3 Preview Versions Failed to Install

The last three (Fast) preview versions of Windows 10 failed to install

    • 17063.1000 (rs_prerelease) (9)
    • 17074.1002 (rs_prerelease_flt) (2)
    • 17083.1000 (rs_prerelease) (4)
All failed with an error 0x80004005.

I've tried various "cleaning" solutions suggested in other posts and nothing works. My system is a Dell Inspiron 5675 with an AMD Ryzen 7 1800x processor.
