    Windows 10"No bootable device -- Insert disk and press any key"Old HardwareAcer E1-431 ,cannot boot with UEFIcan anyone help me,so my laptop is an acer e1 431 its not able to boot too UEFI because its not compatible with it,and i have been getting errors when i want to boot it up to the os"No bootable device -- Insert disk and press any key", and i have been trying to fix it myself by youtube tutorials,it always prompt me to go to the BIOS and change from Legacy to UEFI,but i can't because my laptop is "Legacy Only" it is can't boot to UEFI, and some says to re install windows via USB,but,it

    please help im in urgent assistence, my laptop just died and it says "No bootable device - insert boot disk and press any key" what does this mean?

    i am extremely worried and im in panic. please help me anyone, im also finishing my last year of school i cant afford for this laptop to die before i finish

    Insert boot disk and press any key error

    Today I was on my laptop and a random blue screen came on with a PC error. After restarting it a couple of times it said that it was trying to go into repair mode but it just kept going to a black screen with the white cursor. Eventually I ended up at a
    black page that says I have no bootable device insert boot disk and press any key.

    Please help, I have a USB plugged in with what I think is the windows 10 ISO file

    I am on a Toshiba satellite pro using windows 10
