Windows 10: No Brightness Setting with New Monitor

I just bought a new Sceptre monitor. For some reason, the monitor adjusts its brightness automatically depending on what is on the screen. I've tried searching online and I found that you have to turn a adaptive brightness control in "brightness" setting, however, I do not have that setting. I am on Windows 11. Is there any fix for this? I already read and did everything that I could find online rolling back display adapter drivers, updating the drivers, etc but it has not worked for me.

• Choose Power Options.

• Navigate to the Driver tab and click Update Driver Software.
• Select the option to automatically search for the updated driver software.
• Restart the computer after it's updated and verify.

You may also look into the computer manufacturer website and download and install the latest display and chipset drivers.

Brightness can not be adjusted.

Do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Were you able to see any error message/ error code with this issue?
• Have you tried to install all the pending updates for drivers and Windows Updates on your device?

This issue might have happened due to corrupted/ outdated drivers.
