Windows 10: No Cameras are Attached Error

Hello, I can't open my windows camera application in my computer. The error code shown is 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached> I've tried what Microsoft windows support tells me to do. My app permission is on, antivirus isn't blocking, when I go to Device Manager I am not able to see Camera also I have tried to scan for hardware changes and added manually, but it doesn't appear. When I try to add it in Legacy Hardware I've reset the app, and the app won't open. The last thing it tells me to do is to contact Manufacturer. Please help. Thanks!

settings to see if the camera access is turned on. Kindly follow the steps below to check the camera privacy settings:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
• Near the top of the Settings app window is the search box, kindly type the word "webcam" or "camera".
• From the list of results choose Camera privacy settings.
• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.
