Windows 10: NO CAMERAS ARE ATTACHED

Hello,


I am having a problem with my Dell Inspiron 15 camera and microphone, been doing some troubleshooting but still can't fix it. I also tried using it for video call on Chrome and it's not working, the other person can't hear me too. I hope you can help me because I need this laptop for my online class.

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

I suggest you to try the following steps to attach a screenshot and check if that helps.

• Open Feedback app.
• Click on “Screenshot” icon in the Feedback window.
• Open the window you need to take a screenshot and then click on the “Camera” icon on the top left corner of the window.
• Click on the “check mark” adjacent to the camera icon to save the screenshot.

Camera error code: 0xA00F4244 <NoCamerasAreAttached>BUT THERE IS NO CAMERA IN DEVICE MANAGER ANYWHERE!
