Windows 10: No clock in the calendar flyout after installing KB5058481

Last night I installed the KB5058481 update, taking my Windows 10 build to 19045.5917. According to the support page for it, this is one of the things supposedly included in the update: -"Brings back the clock view that displays seconds onto the calendar that was once removed."However, that hasn't worked in my case: -There doesn't seem to be an option to enable/disable it, so I assume this is a bug of some sort. I've tried running system file checker, but that finds no problems.

I did not get a working clock by restarting explorer as admin

SFC found no files wrong - so nothing discovered.

I get a dong when I click on the clock that something is occurring, but no flyout appears

Other win 10 systems flyout works perfectly (2 other machines)

This solution did not work for me either, I get a "ding" when I click on the clock. The other flyouts work most of the time.
