Windows 10: no color only Black and white

I have an HP colour laserjet CP 1515 n printer, which was working perfectly alright until I got a message saying, "CERTIFICATE FETCHING FAILURE" I managed to get the printer working, but it only printed in Black and White.I have downloaded the latest driver, and the printer worked, except it would only print in Black and white. I turned it off, turned it back on, and it printed in colour. A short while later, I went to print a document that was only printed in black and white. I switched it off and turned it on, and it printed the first page in colour and the next in Black and white. Has my pr

Color prints black and white

For us to isolate the issue on your printer, we suggest that you perform a copy of black and white document on your printer (use it like a photocopying machine).

If you are still unable to print color , the issue might have something to do with the ink or nozzles. If it works, download the latest drivers

 

how to change black background to white

Hello Mike,

If I understand it right; to change the background color of your toolbar from black to white, follow these steps:

1. Right-click on your desktop and select Personalize.
   
2. In the left-hand menu, select Colors.
   
3. Scroll down until you see Choose your color and select it.
   
4. Choose the color white, or a lighter shade of your preferred color.
   
5. Your toolbar should now have a white background.
   

If you are still having trouble, please let me know what type of toolbar you are using and on what device or operating system.

Why my desktop color is black and white

After updating my Windows 11 the color of my screen turned to black and white. I tried to update display driver and turn off the computer but its the same. Send me an email for the steps.
