Windows 10: no connection to internet and PIN not working

i had an issue where i downloaded a program that was supposed to be a mini player for spotify on your taskbar. Soon after i installed it my desktop went black and i was not able to interact with anything.

I did “ctrl+alt+del” and opened my task manager and through that i deleted the programme from my files. My computer worked but i was not able to connect to the internet so i restarted it. After this i tried to log in to my pc but it would tell me that something had happened and that my pin wasnt available or something along those lines and promped me to set up a pin but when i tried to do so it would just take me back to the login page, everything that i could interact with on that screen would just take me back to the login page. My computer also would not connect to the internet. so i tried to troubleshoot by shift clicking restart. However whenever i try to do anything on that page it would ask me to login to my microsoft account.

no matter what i would enter it would tell me my password is incorrect, i even reset my password to no avail. i really have no clue on what to do...

Try the following steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “View All”
  
• 
  Select "Internet Explorer connection"
  
•

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
  Connectivity > I cannot connect to the internet using a mobile data connection. Make sure to select the next options given if the problem persists.
