Windows 10: No Connection yet I have internet

Connected via ethernet to my router yet it is displaying that I have no connection but I still have internet. Services like google still function the exact same but Microsoft Mail and Store say I don't have internet, Windows Update says I cannot update due to having no internet, and the occasional app like Spotify says I have no internet.We recently changed internet provider from BT to Sky and ever since its been like this, but I've tried many solutions and they haven't worked.

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.
