Corsair 680x case, Ryzen 3900x, Aorus Master x570.

I have been grappling with noisy fans since I build the system on Saturday. I finally figured out it was the bottom two fans that were making the noise so I have removed them. I have plugged the remaining fans in to the Commander Pro, including the pump fans. I wonder if this is ok and what are the long term ramifications of having no fan plugged into the cpu_fan connector.

The system is nice and quiet now and the temps are 31c for cpu and 54c for graphics card.

    :)

  2. I need to replace my Antec 3-fan, but with which fan?

I found out that my CPU_FAN slot (on the far right side of the above photo of the motherboard) is not in use.. can i plug the fan there, perhaps?

Also, seeing that i need a new fan with a BIG 4-pin cable and not the small 4-pin cable, what is the name of those kind of cables??

    Thanks for the suggestions.

Corsair H150 - Connection of Pump Tach

Why would you want the pump running at anything less than 100%?

I figure if the motherboard has a port for AIO_Pump, then it's fairly obvious that would be where the pump connector would go. What else would you suggest would be connected to the AIO_Pump port? My motherboard (ASUS ROG Hero VII [WiFI]) also has two CPU_FAN ports, so that's where my radiator fans plugged into.
