Windows 10: No desktop audio in call with Bluetooth Headset Windows 10

WH-CH720N owner here. I connected my headphones to my computer using Bluetooth my computer doesn't have an 3.5mm audio jack for some reason for a game call, but when I connected to it, the desktop audio randomly disappeared and would only come back whenever I would leave the call. I have found a method to fix it by going to the "Manage Sound Devices" tab and disable the stereo headphones. This makes me able to actually hear audio from my desktop while the microphone is being used, but it doesn't automatically switch and it makes the headphones lose it's stereo functionality meaning it sounds
