Windows 10: No desktop, start button isn't working, no taskbar

My computer got stuck in an automatic repair loop, but I managed to fix it, but then a new problem came up. Whenever I sign in, I am met with a black screen with no taskbar. My start button hasn't working for quite some time as well. I can open task manager, and I've been able to open a lot of apps and they've been running fine.

I've tried many fixes on the internet, but none of them have worked. Any suggestions?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Start Button and taskbar not working


I did as suggested but didn't get to Troubleshoot or Reset computer. When it started back up with taskbar was complete and start button working. Everything seems ok, but slower. So thanks for that. Can you tell me about creating restore point manually and creating system image backup ?
