Windows 10: No Disk install

Discus and support No Disk install in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Is there a way of going to 10 from 8.1 without burning an iso disk or USB, ie direct download and install.     Mount the ISO in File Explorer and click the setup.exe.
