Windows 10: No display after csm/uefi option

So I was trying to play Valorant and I needed to do a secure boot so I went into my bios and it said that I needed to disable CSM in startup so I disabled that and then as soon as I exited out of my bios, my display no longer works, and I’ve tried removing my CMOS battery and waiting about 10 minutes and putting it back in still no display. I’m not sure what to do at this time.

No Display after CSM/UEFI option

I built a PC using an MSI motherboard and when attempting to play Valorant was told that Vanguard was out of compliance with the current system settings. Some quick research indicated that the solution to this was to turn off CSM in the system BIOS. I entered, turned off secure boot since I couldn’t find the CSM setting, and Valorant still did not work. I Googled where to find the CMS option, and after switching it the computer would no longer display anything. It still sent power to my keyboard, but without a display I don’t know how to reset the setting.

 

Stuck in UEFI loop if CSM is off

I was reading on BIOS stuff cause my PC always boots to the wrong screen and a suggestion to turn CSM off fixed that but introduced a UEFI loop (every time it closes, it opens again instead of booting the system). I turned CSM back on in order to be able to boot but does anyone know why UEFI won't work?

 

Trouble installing windows 7 on RAID in UEFI

Set up the thumb drive, changed CSM options to UEFI only and booted to windows setup from the thumb drive. Setup didn't see the raid array so I loaded the RAID drivers (I tried the drivers from asus and the ones from intel) and still no luck. Any other suggestions?
