Windows 10: No display, no power on keyboard and mouse, vga light on

Hello everyone, i asambled new pc 5 months ago. And everything worked fine until a few days ago, i was watching a movie online when my screen turned black and after a few seconds mouse and keyboard shut down too. And vga light is on, all rgb is working fans are spinning. I tried reinserting cr battery, and reinserting ram, then pc boot again and worked normally. I shut it down, after some time like an hour turned it back on everything was fine, started a game, played for like 30 minutes and same thing happend again. I then tried to run pc with one ram stick at a time, it boots fine, so I wante

Windows 10 not recognizing keyboard and mouse, and not displaying to monitor

My families Hp Pavillion has become completely unresponsive after the cat jumped on the keyboard. A family member was surfing the internet and the cat jumped on the keyboard, and the mouse and the keyboard immediately became unresponsive. Thinking that
it had just froze I hard reset it. Upon rebooting, it now won't even display to the monitor. Also, the keyboard and the mouse have no power. I have tried unplugging the keyboard and the mouse and using other ports. I've also tried using a completely different keyboard
and mouse. The mouse and keyboard are usb, and the display is vga.
