Windows 10: no display of the color yellow - just a range of greens from light to dark and not the same...

My computer does not display the color yellow. Instead, I get a green color. This is true for any application and applies to text or images. I at one point ran the Intel SSD Toolbox Intel graphics board. The problem was fixed until I rebooted the computer. I have not been able to run DISM don't know why, I am the administrator. The motherboard is old 2015. I tryed to update the BIOS by using the manufacturer's update download but I just get the error message that the application file cannot update the BIOS.

At another point, after a Windows Tuesday upgrade I had the yellow color for <24 hours but never to be seen again. I had another problem with border colors being off and changing in Excel sheets, but a reinstall of Windows fixed that. This latest problem started significantly after the Excel problem. Any thoughts? Much appreciated.

Dark mode / Light mode doesn't work

In Light mode: taskbar color never changes - always a hideous yellow/green, everything else follows color chosen

In Dark mode: taskbar color changes- i choose a dark gray- but everything else is just black no matter which color is chosen.

Neither option is acceptable. Is there a way to get rid on color modes and go back to standard one color everywhere?

 

Changing the COLOR from yellow for links to dark blue ?????

How do I change the COLOR from YELLOW for links that is under Tools, Internet Options, Appearance Colors, for the LINKS that are now YELLOW to make the COLOR dark blue ?

 

Screen is green yellow colored

Somebody please help--my screen is now an ugly bright green-yellow color! My screen was normal but last wednesday, (5/16/18) my screen has been witnessed to be bright green/yellow. Somebody please help as I cannot use it without getting an awful headache.
