Windows 10: No display on Monitors post PC reset

Will keep this short. Have been having issues with second monitor, it was always detected but showed no display. I had extended display so I would scroll to the second monitor and the cursor would go there so I knew it was working fine, but no display. Changed wires, installed new firmware, drivers and tried everything in the book to no avail. Thought this might have been due to a Windows update cuz *&*& microsoft .. So I reset my PC.

Reset was going fine. Got to 100% and then said it was going to restart. When restarting, it stopped showing any display. My one monitor that was working started saying no HDMI signal. The computer is running, keyboard is running, mouse is running, but no display. Dont know what to do, just want my displays back so I can study lol.

Blurry monitors

I'd follow what Greg posted, in addition to some of the other suggestions listed here. All are some great ideas and steps to take. In addition you can callibrate your display

1. Use the Windows key + I keyboard shortcut to open the Settings app.
2. Click Display.
3. Click the Advanced display settings link.
4. Make sure you're using the Recommended screen resolution for your display, and click the Color calibration link to launch the utility.

It is important that you have the correct screen display and resolution. We suggest that you perform the following steps to reset the monitor settings:

• Boot your computer in
  safe mode.
• Once in safe mode, right-click the desktop > Screen Resolution.
• Change the display settings back to the original configuration.
• Restart your computer.

No display on monitor when TV set as primary display

Issue solved

Removed DVI/HDMI cable from computer and monitor

Step 1: Check if the VGA monitor cable is defective.

1. Turn off computer
   
2. Connect the monitor VGA cable from the monitor to the VGA port on the computer
   
3. Turn on computer, VGA monitor cable is good.
   
   Step 2: Tun off computer
   

1. Connect HDMI Cable to HDMI port and TV
   
2. Turn on computer and TV, there is no monitor black screen
   
3. Click on the Windows logo, select the Settings icon , and then select
   
   System. Under Display there are two squares, labeled 1 and 2
   
   D Click on Advanced Display Settings:
   
   Display information: Display 1- Monitor Display 2 -TV
   
   E Right-click the Speakers icon in
   the taskbar, select Sound, click on Playback devices,
