Windows 10: No displays signal after booting in windows

Hello! So today while gaming my screen when dark. No display signal at all.I thought the pc crashed or something but everything was working my game, my discord call and even the video playing in the background. After several reboot I tried to reinstall windows 4 times!!!!!! lost data that I didn’t have backups because I was desperate. Installed windows 11 3x. The installation menu works fine and no black screen but as soon you go into windows setup and you choose your language and keyboard it loses signal for some reason. Same goes with windows 10…Idk what else to do I need help

HDMI no signal only during Boot

Hey Guys,

I've just built myself a new computer, all working well, however on boot my HDMI monitor receives no signal until Windows has fully loaded. It would receive signal to see the Bios screen pop up then go blank with no signal and then about 5 seconds later will receive signal and display the desktop.

I've now added a second monitor connected via DVI, even though this is not set as my primary monitor the bios screen displays on it and I can see the entire boot process through this monitor, it will then load to desktop of which a split second later my primary HDMI monitor will then receive signal and start to display.

It's not a massive issue but it's quite annoying, any suggestions?

I'm using a GTX 970 and Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit.

No Signal on the extended display

Need your help, google didn't help.
Short description:
No signal on the extended display
Laptop: Dell xps15 9570
OS: Windows 10
Display: Philips 245E
Details:

• connection - HDMI
  
• it was working before, but nothing has changed, after a few days of being turned off just stopped working
  
• display is detected by the laptop, I can see it in Display settings. But "no signal" on the actual display.

I am 100% sure that this is a software issue with Windows.

What have I tried:

• plugin another laptop to my display - it worked. The display is working fine with other laptops
  
• plugin another display to my laptop - it worked. I tried to connect my laptop to a TV using the same HDMI port - it worked
  
• switch HDMI cables - no result. HDMI cables seem to be fine
  
• reinstall display, and video adapter drivers - no result
  
• tried different modes ( extend, duplicate, only pc, only extended ) - the same situation in all modes, display is detected but "no signal"
  
• I have booted from a USB stick (Ubuntu) and the display worked without any issues

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
