Windows 10: No drag and drop option in window 11

I am facing the following issue regarding window 11:the option to simply drag and drop the file in email from minimized browser from taskbar is not available in window 11 which was available in window 7 & 10. I had a detailed discussion with microsoft help center on this issue having Case number : 1031527271 they assured to forward the issue to Microsoft Engineers.Please get the issue resolved at the earliest, ,please..hope a quick response from Microsoft team.

Drag and Drop

Hi Charles,

the steps you suggested didn't work for me but, when pressing the escape key it somehow expanded the drive and by using drag and drop to the single file in the list worked.

In the past I could drag and drop multiple folders onto the drive on the network computer(s). Doing it on individual folders will take far too long and time consuming and is not an option.

Microsoft should be able to identify what is blocking it and issue a fix.

My machine is multi boot so tomorrow I will try with Windows 7.
