Windows 10: No Drivers available for Bluetooth 5.3 CM591 with ATS2851 Hardware ID...

Hi team, I recently bought a ugreen 5.3 bluetooth dongle, Unfortunately, windows 11 22h2 is only installing a Generic driver from 2006. Tried looking for any available repo for this hardware ID, USB\VID_10D7&PID_B012&REV_8891 no result. No Drivers available for Bluetooth 5.3 CM591 with ATS2851 Hardware ID USB\VID_10D7&PID_B012&REV_8891

Do you have any physical Bluetooth switch at the side of your laptop?

Please have the Bluetooth driver completely removed.

Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Win + X on Windows 10.

Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Network Adapters. Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You may need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.

Step 5. Reboot the computer.

If that didn't work go back to the Device manager, right click the Bluetooth driver and click on Update driver then Browse for Drivers on your Computer then Let me pick from a list then click Next. Tick the box to show compatible Hardware then next until its
done. Then reboot.

If that didn't work again, visit the support website of your laptop then download and install the latest driver for the Bluetooth.

 

Hardware ID not listed in driver installer


Hello. I have an HP Laptop that has an audio driver with a hardware ID of

HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_76E5&SUBSYS_00000100

However, the only driver available is for windows 8.1 and this driver installer is made for my specific laptop model. The thing is, the hardware ID listed above is NOT included in the inf file of the installer. Well, to be specific, the subsys ID. How is this possible?
