Windows 10: no english keyboard with azerty and system language doesn't completely change

my PC was originally in french. i wanted to change it to English,but it only partially changed and found no English keyboard with azerty any solution?

I just migrated to a Lumia 930 windows phone from Blackberry. I have the following problem: I live in Belgium, use the Azerty keyboard with the Lumia but want to use the spellcheck in English and that does not work. When I select the English language the
keyboard switches to Querty. Any suggestion?

As there is no English AZERTY keyboard in existence, there is no English AZERTY keyboard in Windows Phone.

Thanks. I understand but Blackberry supported the English language input and spell check with Azerty Most of my e-mails are in English and I am used to the Belgian Azerty keyboard. I am sure there must be a way to do it. I found an old blog that gave a possible
solution but it looks cumbersome:
