Windows 10: No hard drive found error in Dell Inspiration 7000 series

Please help me as my laptop suddenly gives the below error -

Window reset problem- While trying to reset keeping my files-Drive where window is installed is locked,But when trying to reset as remove all files and folders- it’s giving error no drive found- IN MY DELL INSPIRATION 2 in 1

Dell Insprion 7000 Series, Windows 10, after I selected the shut down sequence; It stays on the shutting down screen, saying it is shutting down, and has been for a long time.

 

Dell Inspiron 7000 series touchpad help

Hi..

Was wondering if someone could assist me with finding the proper touchpad driver for my new Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series (P69G) so I can enable one finger scrolling. I went here Software Drivers | White Papers | Product Briefs | Videos | Synaptics and dowloaded the the PS/2 driver but it doesn't show the red 'Synaptics' tab under mouse settings in Control Panel like my old Lenovo laptop did..

Can anyone offer any suggestions?
