Windows 10: No HDMI audio output on my Qosmio X70-A

Hello I have updated my laptop from Win 8.1 to Win 10 and ever since i couldn't get any audio output from the HDMI.

My graphic card is Intel Graphic 4600 i-7 4700MQ.

I tried all the options on the internet from deleting the driver to reinstalling and downloading the driver from the Intel website (Which bumped me into another problem detailed later) also tried running sfc scan now and dmis somthing .

Regarding the software downloaded from intel website i get an error that the driver has been modified by the manufacturer and need to download the driver from their website but the problem is that the downloaded driver is the same as the one on the intel website.

My laptop is Qosmio X70-A PSPLTU-0HQ069B

No audio from HDMI

I can't get audio from HDMI. Now, I have tried to go into Settings and select the HDMI output, and it lists no output devices. I know my NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 has audio output as it has worked before, but I'm getting nothing listed. Help me.

It seems that the issue is due to incorrect audio settings. For help fixing audio or sound problems, try the audio troubleshooter.
It might be able to fix audio problems automatically.

Additionally, we suggest that check your audio settings. Make sure that your HDMI TV is set as your default sound device. Here are the steps:

• Click Start and in the Search box, type
  Sound.
• From the search results, click the Sound option.
• Under the Playback tab, click Speakers
• Click Set Default at the bottom.
• Click Apply and OK to save the settings.
