    No IDEA ATA/ATAPI Controllers and watchdog violation blue screens?


    Hello, I've received a few dozen watchdog violation blue screens which looks to generally be caused by a driver issue.Many have recommended updating drivers in IDEA ATA/ATAPI Controllers but in my device manager I don't even have these present.No other proposed solution has worked until now, so I'm at a loss of what options I have to fix this.Thanks!

    DPC Watchdog Violation

    I have an HP desktop that upgraded to windows 10. I continue to have the DPC Watchdog Violation blue screen. Any suggestions?

    PS I do not have a IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers on my device manager
