Windows 10: No idea what is wrong. memory access violations to game crashes. weird lines in non-local...

quick recap:reinstalled windows......updated from Win10 to Win11......gimp does not handle jpg/jpeg well......youtube vids sometimes start corrupted, get corrected after maybe 3 refreshes......problem arrived after installing Anthem through EA's launcher......C++ was considered the problem, then recently though it was .NET Framework. reinstalling Windows would have fixed the problem if that was the case......some games crash, others don't. Atomic Heart and Destroy All Humans2 crash while Final Fantasy 15, Cyberpunk 2077, and Destiny 2 work like normal. Graphics settings don't seem to affect cr

Run Windows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts (F1 key). Note, test hang at ~21% for more than 2-3 hours means memory error too.

Turn off XMP mode in BIOS if it is turned on.

And if your PC is home assembled, please check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model.

Access Violation crashing games

So I just got the access violation again while playing, and I have all non-microsoft related services disabled. I recently performed a clean boot as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
