    No incoming Mail app alerts for Outlook account


    Since July's update I'm not receiving mail alerts anymore for my Outlook account when the Mail app is closed. The moment I open the app all alerts flows in. My Gmail account in the very same app is working fine.I'm using Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.2134What I tried:- Reinstalling several times and deleting/adding accounts - sfc/ scannow- Resetting the Mail appAnyone else noticing this issue?

    Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

    When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

    Gmail account in Windows Mail app not showing alerts for incoming mail

    Incoming Gmail mail alerts that appear in the lower right corner only pop up when I open the Windows Mail app itself, They don't appear when the Mail app is closed.

    This issue is not present with my Hotmail account that I've also added to the Mail app. This Gmail issue was not present on Windows 10.

    I have tried the following:

    - Re-adding the Gmail account and reinstalling the Mail app

    - POP and IMAP are already turned ON in the Gmail browser settings

    - Deleting and reinstalling the Windows mail app

    - Sfc /scannow did not find any integrity violations

    Anyone else with this issue?

    How to delete outlook emails accounts list in Windows 10 Mail App.


    Hi, i want to ask - How i can delete outlook email accounts in Windows 10 mail app.

    I use on this mail app only outlook.cz email accounts, i use etc 6 emails accounts. So now i delete 3 email accounts and i use only 2 email accounts.Problem is, when i go to - Mail app - Settings - Accounts managements - Add Account
    i see on the list still my old deleted emails accounts.

    I want to ask how i clear history of this accounts on this list or how i cant delete cache from this mail app.

    Please do not answer me how to delete account, i know how i can delete email account. I want only delete this list.
