    No internet access -RPC initialization error in RpcServerUseProtseq:n


    After performing a system reset on my windows 10 Home PC. On booting I get a critical error "Task Scheduler service has encountered RPC initialization error in "RpcServerUseProtseq:ncacn_ip_tcp". Additional Data: Error Value: 14." Connection to wifi router is OK but no connection to the internet.

    A search for possible fixes yielded https://social.technet.microsoft.com...m=itprovistasp
    but the registry entry referenced does not exist. I have also tried ip reset and flushing the DNS catalog without success.

    Any help would be appreciated...

    Outlook Client Bug found for when sync with exchange in rpc over http

    This is when using the outlook client of WP7.5 to configure to connect to a microsoft exchange corporate server.

    If you configure it using the advanced settings, you are allowed to enter the "mail" server field. To get this to successfully sync, you of course must have exchange configured to allow rpc over http. The URL for web access might be mail.company.com/owa
    but for RPC it would be mail.company.com/rpc (or however it is configured and mapped). So, on wp7.5, If you set the Mail field to mail.company.com/RPC for RPC over HTTP. In my case, it will sync initially and successfully (calendars and mail) which
    you can view on the phone, but then the setting reverts to mail.company.com and removes the /RPC subdirectory from that settings field so it will no longer sync. This appears to be a bug with the client where its doing some type of constraint on the field
    itself, but allows it to take initially for that initial sync So, The next time it tries to sync with Exchange, it fails, and when you goto the configuration screen you see the /rpc was removed from the saved settings and an error message on the outlook

    I have the same problem after performing a system reset on my windows 10 Home PC. On booting I get a critical error "Task Scheduler service has encountered RPC initialization error in "RpcServerUseProtseq:ncacn_ip_tcp".
    Additional Data: Error Value: 14." Connection to wifi router is OK but no connection to the internet. The registry key referenced above does not exist.
