    Hi,Can someone please help me. I recently had some BSODs shortly after upgrade to Windows 11 related to faulty RAM, which has now been upgraded. The PC seems to be running fine now, but I have been left with 2 issues which I suspect are related. The first is that whenever I try to run any troubleshooter I get error 0x800706be.The second is that I have no internet connection, both when on wifi, connected via ethernet, or using my phone as a hotspot. As such I can't check for updates or online solutions.I am really at the ene of my tether with it, as I need my PC for work.Regarding the error, I

    • What is the make and model of your device?

      • To check this information, click Start, type winver and hit
        Enter.
    • During the system update, did you encounter any error message?

    Hi,

    I have Windows Server 2016 having this WUA error 0x800706BE

    I am thinking that Resetting Microsoft Windows Update Components can fix this.

    On step 11, it requires to reinstall Windows Update Agent, where can I download the Windows Update Agent for Windows Server 2016?
